Year 7 Enrolment Process

Enrolment Information Evenings 

  • Application information sessions are held in March for students in Grades 4 and 5
  • Current parents are not required to attend an Enrolment Information Session to obtain an application form, although you are encouraged to attend if you have any concerns relating to your next incoming child
  • New families to the College are invited to attend one of the enrolment information sessions, where you will have the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have, in regards to the enrolment of your child
          

Application Forms

  • Application Form/s and a Prospectus are available at Enrolment Information Sessions and on College Tours. They are also available at any stage from Reception or by filling in the Request a Prospectus form. 
  • Current parents will receive an application form via the mail in June for siblings in Grade 4 (NB: only if this information has been recorded by the College). If you have not received an application form by July please contact Administration on (03) 9735 4022
  • Completed Application Forms need to be returned to the College by April of your child's Grade 5 year    

Interviews

  • Interviews are conducted with the prospective student and their parents/guardians
  • Offers of places are made early in Term 4 of the students Grade 5 year
  • Transition information is obtained from Primary schools and several transition activities are conducted to help students prepare for their secondary education
  • Information evenings are conducted for Grade 6 parents of incoming students in October and also in February to assist with the transition
